From here you can access a 360-degree panoramic tour that will provide a unique vision of our facilities.
With its lush, rolling fairways, lakes and palm trees, the Roda Golf Course is going to look glorious. But this beauty is no accident. The course's stunning landscaping is the result of careful planning and technical expertise.
Whether it's a tree, plant, bush or the grass under your feet, you'll find the course's flora have been carefully chosen. We have taken into account their appearance, capacity for adaptation to the region's climate and water requirements, as well as their general ability to integrate into the landscape.
Seven hectares of land will be covered with shrubs and plants, mainly native species from the Mediterranean area such as rosemary, lavender and myrtle which are perfectly suited to the climatic conditions. The grass on the greens and fairways will be the varieties L93 and Seaside II of the species Agrostis stolonifera, while the rest of the course has been sown with the variety Bermuda princess-77 of Cynodon Dactylon. We have also planted 1,550 trees and 570 palm trees, some of which have been brought from countries as far afield as Israel and Argentina.
There are more than 10,800m2 of greens to look after, as well as a putting green of 950 m2, while the bunkers' surface area is 15,200 m2. We have also added dry buffer areas that have zero water consumption to the project. And all the greens have been constructed in accordance with the recommendations the USGA (United States Golf Association) for substratum and drainage systems..
Thank you for choosing to play Roda Golf Course. Our aim is to provide you with a thoroughly enjoyable golfing experience.
